"The advertising blurb stated that the staff spoke English. They didn't. We managed to communicate via translator apps. Every day of my stay, the staff informed me that I owed them money for my room. The amounts varied from day to day, but as I'd already paid through Expedia, getting the message across was difficult. So I just ended up smiling and nodding. The hotel was clean. "It's at least 1.5-hour drive from city. When we checked in the room, there was a towel on the sofa and an empty water bottle hidden behind the curtain. No shops nearby and very difficult to ask taxi to pick up. Absolutely did not fulfill the expectation of a Hilton brand. Would never go back again."
