"Hotel in general was excellent. Staff very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. Restaurants were terrific. Dinners at B-Prime and The American Bar & Grill were superb. Had “The big” steaks for 2”. "Check-in: Front doors don't work well, and don't expect any help from the staff in holding them open. Front desk staff are pretty "checked out" and essentially just staring into space as though they have been visiting the dispensary around the corner on a regular basis. Hotel: Elevator desperately needs to be modernized (very noisy, and often a long wait). Room itself was fine, but the thermostat simply said "error," there was no hot water from the sink (shower was okay), and the fridge...

"Everything looked broken and decrepit. Elevator seemed like it was on its last legs, walls were patched up and not painted. Also the whole place reeked of MJ."

"The receptionist was very friendly. However, the room itself was stuffy with the most egregious issues being the shower and toilet. The toilet would not flush unless the tank’s chain and flapper were manually released and the shower head was faulty with very little water pressure. I stayed one night."

"I did not get a chance to stay. Was only there a few hours and honestly dissatisfied with the cleanliness of the property. The first room they gave us was unsecured and unlocked when we arrive so we got a different room and that room was not clean. Someone’s old sock lip balm and crumbs were all over the floor near the bed and under the chair. Then when the shower was turned on a baby roach scurried across the rod and behind a gap between the shower head and wall. Of course couldn’t stay there...
