"The property is in a great location, removed from the busy, noisy main roads, but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. The cleaners do a good job keeping the property clean and all appliances and equipment work well. The living spaces are modern, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. They offer excellent quality WiFi free. The best part about my stay was the attentiveness of the concierge, La Douce. She communicated very well and did everything to make sure the stay went smoothly....

"The hotel refused to accept my Hotels.com itinerary and asked me to pay again. Suggestion that Hotels.com was a scam. They didn’t even offer to call you and resolve the issues. I basically spent 30-45 minutes calling Hotels.com to ask them to call the hotel. Terrible service, terrible harassment."

"Stayed overnight. No water I couldn't wash myself, a/c bearly working, no internet connection, no bar to have a coffe fresh water, no restaurant to have a meal, staff barely talking at all in any language....realy sad atmosphere.
