"The Whole time I was there, I felt like those people at the bar trying to have a drink or read- trying to act like it was enjoyable while loud construction was going on. I was trying to convince this place wasn’t as bad as it was. Been to two other hard rock hotels which were great- this was not. The entire lobby was being demolished it seemed like, loud construction and chairs and tables thrown into another room. Cable out on last night Holes and stains on carpet The mattress sheet was put on upside down/too small and kept popping off the entire stay. Asked for help to fix this about three times- each time they just tucked it back in for it to pop back off. No one here seemed to really want to help for any reason. At least I didn’t see any bedbugs because I kept getting good looks at the bare mattress. Gym not kept/dirty Nothing really around unless you’re going to State Farm or Mercedes It’s like no one there has worked anywhere before- every interaction is either awkward or indifferent or flat out rude- except bald beard guy In room cooler didn’t cool- they told me I was supposed to fill a drawer with no drain and a light inside with ice for it to cool. More of the same “just get out of my face, dude” service here. The amenity closet was a good idea, the room decor was nice. "

"I stayed at this hotel this week will be 30 days and I haven't received my deposit I've called five times they keep giving me the runaround telling me that it's going to be put back on now now the manager said they will call me back nobody never returned my call I just want my $100 deposit I don't have money to throw away I stayed at the emberson suite never had a problem with my money being returned I just need my $100 I'm not putting my name up here but you all know who I am but I've called you so many times"

"The rooms were clean didn't have a problem with that but my refund for my deposit I never got it back I asked I've called five times still haven't got my refund of my $100 I don't know what's going on I'll call him they said it's been 7 to 10 days it's going to turn into 30 days and I need my refund $100 is a lot of money to throw away and I'm not throwing it away I want my money I'm getting me an attorney and I'm going to call a better Business bureau"
