"I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. On the day of our check-in, a loud party at the poolside continued until 11 PM. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same. "L'hôtel est très bien situé, à max 100m pour prendre le bus et à 5/10 minutes à pieds de la partie festive de Magaluf. Il y a un parking juste de l'autre coté de la rue si on loue une voiture. Le personnel est très accueillant , peu importe l'heure d'arrivée. Le seul point négatif que nous avons eu : la table haute de la cuisine n'a jamais été nettoyée, elle était sale quand on est arrivé et les mêmes traces de saleté y était quand on est repartie, on ne l'a donc pas utilisé."

"El hotel cuenta con lo suficiente si solo lo usas para dormir y durante el día estás visitando la ciudad y las playas. El perdón al fue muy amable. Sin embargo, el anuncio decía que el hotel contaba con muebles (camastros y sombrillas) y acceso a la playa directo y esto no fue así, la playa más cercana queda a 10-15 min caminando y tampoco te ofrecen los servicios prometido en la playa."
