"There was a not so pleasant stain in the carpet in the room. Our dishes were not cleaned/replaced by the cleaning crew and we had to wash them ourselves. Location is great, price was reasonable and staff were friendly."

"I stayed here a few times while in the Queenstown area as it was the cheapest serviced apartment option and meant I had use of a dryer/washer and a basic kitchen (no oven) so I could cook my own meals.
