Good Morning,Sorry that you have to experience at checked in time that your room is not ready. Well that is because due to a fully booked rooms on the day before your supposed to checked in ( on May 17 its fully booked ), So basically no vacant rooms that would be ready for you and I'm pretty sure that you don't want us to have you guys checked in to an occupied dirty room and our housekeepers are doing to the best of their abilities to have as much rooms clean and they don't start early because the rooms are still not vacant, the guests haven't checked out till 11am. As for the person in the front desk have asked if you could come down to the items you requested, they have a valid reason as for its a busy night for them. In our Hotel unfortunately we don't have a room service, Our Front Desk Staff are trying to the best of their abilities to attend the guests requests to their rooms but if it becomes busy we kindly ask our guests to come and pick it up at the lobby while we could get it ready.Hope you can understand and hopefully you could still visit us again soon with much wonderful experience and that your expectations will be met to your satisfaction.
