"The air conditioner may made a terrible noise every time it cut on the. Refrigerator leaked into the floor , all of the bathroom tiles in the floor were loose. WORST night ever!! I spoke with the maintenance man the following day and the manager trying to get a refund or at least another nights stay and they told me basically in no uncertain terms that wasn't going to happen."

"The very first thing I noticed when I walked into the lobby is the carpets need to be vacuumed? After check-in, I went directly to the elevator. Oh my God it was a mess inside.
