JBR Walk

Ruim appartement, 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, met parkeerruimte, strand op loopafstand, aan de JBR walk / boulevard. Geen ontbijt incl., maar tientallen opties aan de JBR walk.

When we arrived at the appartment we struggled to get into the building . However, we 've been told that there is guy should be there when we arrive to help and check the room but nobody was there . The security guy didnt help. The other thing that when we booked the appartment It supposed to be ready for 5 guys but there where beds just for 4 and not enough towels . We supposed to get enterance card to get inside the parking and inside the building . We tried to call the office several times to reach someone who could help but nobody responed .durnig our stay we dont had access card. Last time with our staff.

dissappointing

not what we expected. disappointed with the apartment. the bed was extremely hard. the showers leaked water. no cleaning service. no towels. upon check in they wanted 2000 dirhams security deposit. the only bonus about this is the location, its on the walk

Super vacances a JBR

Nous avons passes un super séjour en famille a JBR près des plages le long du "walk".. JBR est le meilleur quartier a Dubai.. plages, piscines, restaurants, jeux pour les enfants. La marina est juste a cote aussi. L'appartement était très spacieux, propre et moderne avec vue mer. La literie de bonne qualité aussi. Une place de parking pour la voiture. Nous avons apprécié les petits snacks et boisons a notre arrivée ainsi que les premières nécessités pour le petit déjeuner. (cafe, lait, jus d'orange, ...). L’équipe qui gère les locations est très sympa et très réactive. On essayera de retourner chez vacation bay l’année prochaine !

Looking on to a 24/7 building site at the moment, and over a road where people cruise along playing loud music, it is a noisy place to stay.

Upgraded to Elite Residence

We were upgraded to Elite Residence in Dubai Mariana area, therefore the review is about the Elite Residence. The location was great, being right next to the supermarket and the tram station. The tram was very handy for a quick access Marina beach. All three swimming pools (2 indoor, 1 outdoor) were really clean and not crowded at all. The residence also has the gym and also the room with pool tables and a table tennis table, which were great to entertain teenagers in our group. The rooms were spotless clean and the equipments and facilities were in perfect conditions. The accommodation was very spacious and open to great view of the Palm Jumeirah and the marina. The management company DLS was very helpful in all aspects of their services. When we enquired about the missing hairdryer, they arranged to have a brand new one delivered straight away. I would definitely use the service again!

Their managment people are layers

It is a company and they rent apartments and they re-rent it for people . The managment people are too bad . If someone called mohanned talked to you then be sure that he will try to cheat you . He is a big layer . He called me and said that we upgrade you and gave you an apartment on the 22nd floor when i arrived in dubai i saw my self on another bulding and they are saying you accepted when mohanned called you but he did not say anything about changing the bulding .
