The Birches is a B&B gem

Wonderful spot in Dunedin. The spacious, sunny suites are a great luxury. Super hosts to help you plan your visit. We watched the World’s Fastest Indian one night which was locationally appropriate. Such a fun visit.

We are not usually B & B kind of people, but Karl and Avril was just so awesome! We probably made pests out of ourselves. We just hung out and visited with them because the place was so cool!

An old home outside the center of Dunedin was meticulously renovated and improved and was a very comfortable place to stay. Everything was in perfect order. The owners were delightful, very hospitable and helpful.

VERY NICE B&B IN DUNEDIN

Sadly, we had one very short night at this beautiful B&B. Our hosts were gracious and went above and beyond to make our very short stay relaxing and comfortable. I highly recommend this place.
