"The hot water wasn't working. We had to check out because the HVAC guy wasn't coming until after the weekend. We were refunded for our days not stayed, but we did cause a stink about this to ensure we were refunded. At first it was not a priority and none of our family could shower and it was like we were just supposed to deal with it. Our room was like moist. Something was off about that. "Our room was nice and clean, it was very quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and the restaurant on site was very good. interestingly, the hotel had no stairs, just ramps. It was also nice having an outside exit as well as an inside exit, made packing our luggage very easy as we were parked right out the door. Would stay here again."
