"We were given an upgrade at no extra cost, to a very spacious and comfortable room. The bed was very comfortable, and it was very quiet, with no light coming in at night. We had a wonderful sleep, and used the kitchen facilities in the room, which were perfectly adequate for our needs. Unfortunately ..."
