The front desk person was courteous and friendly. At first glance, I thought we had found a hidden gem. This hotel is an Expedia Reserve Booking situation and I had to pay at the hotel. The front desk guy charged me 109 pesos more than Expedia quoted. The credit card machine didn't work and he didn't have change when I tried to pay the correct amount with cash. To make things worse, the room he gave us has a dirty toilet, only one towel and the mini split doesn't work. The hotel is super close to the Cathedral and walking distance to a few restaurants. The on-site restaurant has breakfast for mx$200.

Las imágenes que muestran por lo menos a mí no me tocaron, supongo que tienen partes remodeladas, a mí no me tocaron de esas… y las paredes son de papel, desafortunadamente me tocaron vecinos ruidosos y marihuanos con música muy fuerte muy tarde y muy temprano, está muy céntrico y el estacionamiento es muy amplio. Si quieres algo barato y en el centro sin muchas ganas de descansar de paso rápido es buena opción.

La cama si es bastante cómoda pero le faltan conectores para electrónicos, solo había uno enfrente de la cama. Es un alojamiento económico no puedo pedir mucho. Siempre hubo agua caliente y el servicio de limpieza es bueno.

Pésimo servicio, reserve y pague una habitación con 2 camas y cuando llegó al hotel me dan una habitación con una cama chica porque no tenía más y me cobraron lo de una habitación de 2 camas. En la habitación que me dieron no tenía nada ( toallas, jabón , no vasos, no agua,no café,) y para bañarme no servía la regadera , salía solo agua fría . Las toallas tenía que pagar $250 pesos por cada toalla (2) y las sábanas sucias.Mucho ruido. Fue ya esperiencia horrible. NO RECOMIENDO ESE HRRIBLE HOTEL 😡

El precio es muy accesible, su ubicación muy conveniente para moverse a pie a varios lugares céntricos en la ciudad. Por el precio creo que no se puede exigir mucho más sin embargo tiene detalles que hacen incómoda la estancia. 1.-En la habitación solo hay un contacto eléctrico que está ubicado en la pared opuesta a la cabecera de las camas, lo cual lo hace muy impractio para usarlo 2.-Las sillas son de madera sólida y están muy incómodas 3.- Se tienen unas bancas de concreto como parte de un juego con una mesa de madera y también están muy incomodas.

La propiedad está cercas de varias zonas importantes y se puede llegar a pie fácilmente. Lo malo es que la instalaciones para dormir están algo descuidadas. Las sábanas están manchadas de tinta y de sangre seca. Y la limpieza no es la mejor.
