"Pillows were dirty, called the housemaid but no response just leave a message, they never came to bring clean pillows, neither an extra blanket that I requested. What really ruined our vacation trip was they give false advertisement. I mainly booked this stay because it clearly says, water park access ..."

"It was a bougie hotel close to the center so it was easy to walk around. Loved the room, sheets, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. Usually i take my own but this time i used what was provided because it was high end and lovely."
