The room was perfectly clean and fine. Me and my boyfriend were so happy on our stay for 5 days. The reception, the owner and the manager itself were so nice and very understanding. They even help me to fix my booking issue they even borrowed us utensils to cook for our Christmas dinner. We will be back on summer to explore Haliburton.

Very helpful staff. When leaving One of cleaners took my luggage to the car as I had trouble with the stairs. The friendly receptionist took my luggage in on arrival. Very comfy and well equipped. As a camper it felt luxurious. Especially the jacuzzi. A good price too.

A lovely property in a very quiet area right next to a lake. The staff where amazing, very kind and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet hotel in the Haliburton area. 5 star rating from me.

The setting is perfect -- quiet, on a lake but within ten minutes drive of the town of Haliburton. Best yet, the apartments are so well appointed and maintained, you feel like it is a home away from home. A lovely place.

I would have given this property a perfect score except there was a power outage and the property does not have a generator which left guests with no power for more than 24 hours. The management is beyond fantastic and for the price point, I don’t think that you could find a better accommodation. The rooms are spacious and provide everything that you could possibly need.

Our suite was comfortable, clean, well-equipped and had a beautiful view of the lake. It was a short drive to Haliburton and in a lovely setting. Also, it was a very good price. We'd stay again and recommend it highly.

Nice lake view

This is our 6th or 7th stay at this resort. It is affordable and across the street from the lake. The furnishings are a little old but in decent shape and the unit is clean. We had a couple of snall issues and when reported to staff, were corrected within the same day or the next day. The unit is well supplied with the basics. There is also a stackable washer/dryer. Good views of the lake. The resort also has its own area at the lake with a sandy beach, dock and canoes and paddle boards.

A perfect location between Mindon and Haliburton for a short visit to explore the region and enjoy the fall foliage . The studio room contained self-catering essentials (ie. dishes, fridge, washer/drier, etc) and is 10 min away from food stores and restaurants. Would recommend.

Lovely place Maintained very inside and out View amazing of the beautiful lake and use of canoes or paddle boat makes it easy to get around the lake Pleasant staff and certainly would return The inn next door and the area along roadside further away has seen better days sadly these also were great places as my family from the north tell me Great area of history of places now gone as well as those that will be gone Haliburton Heights has all that a person would ever need to stay and also cook if one wished to do so Well worth the travelling to settle into for sure..

Excellent value for the money. The resort has gone out of their way to provide outdoor games canoes, a paddle boat etc. all at no extra charge. Clean and spacious. Our second year here, and we plan to make it an annual trip. Only complaint was the weather.

Unit was great. Staff was helpful. There is an adjacent property that appears to be in process of being demolished, so perhaps a tiny eyesore, but this isn’t really a reflection on the property itself, or the absolutely beautiful lake.

This property was very clean but dated. We had a good restful time. The old Wigemog Inn is next door. In the thirties it was going place with the likes of Jimmy Dorsey playing there. The rich would come from Toronto to stay the summer. The Inn has been left to rot by its last owner. It looks like a eyesore. As a result investment in upgrading at Haliburton Heights has been put on hold till they get the inn demolished.

Having reception only between 9am - 5pm isn't really the best customer service. They were however very kind to us. Our trip was cut short because of work issues and they refunded us the extra day we couldn't stay there. You need to dust a little bit more and try some air fresheners for each room as they smell very musty.

The property was clean, my room was adequate. The property isn't beautiful. It could use nicer landscaping and paved driveway. The television was confusing and required a manual on and off. There was a swimming pool mentioned in the description but no pool. There was virtually no shade.
