"I originally booked a king bed suite. I do my own cleaning every time I go to a hotel and was impressed how clean the room was. However, I noticed I could hear the toilet water running, so I went to flushed the toilet and the handle would not flush. I called the front desk and was upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite..
