"Good Evening, I didn't like the fact housekeeping at 4PM , the desk person was too busy to assist us because she was working alone, therefore I had to make my own bed and do garbage as well, my room should have been attended to earlier but that didn't happen, the room was not cheap so why should I have to pay a high price and clean my own room, im very very disappointed. "Wrong room was given to us and they were sold out. Full length mirror was ripped off the wall. Stains on the furniture and overall very beat up amenities. A child urinated on the floor during breakfast and the cleaning staff was going to wait til the breakfast was closed at 10 to actually mop it up and disinfect it. Overall terrible hotel for the price point. Pay a little extra and stay at one of the other two hotels on that road."

"Room was clean, staff were professional, breakfast was average at best. There was no where available outside to sit and visit with friends, we either had to be in the lobby with several other groups gathered around the TV and a pinochle or cram into someone's room. A table and a few chairs outside would have been nice"

I was shocked that a room in this condition had been cleaned, inspected, and placed into service for a guest. "My husband and I traveled from Wisconsin. We never write reviews, we are the most forgiving and understanding people. The only reason I am giving two stars is at check in the young lady was so nice informative. We were in room 204. Walked in to a very strong smell of deodorant spray including the pillows. The tub drain was missing and disgusting. The wall around the tub was cracked and peeling due to water damage absolutely disgusting. The bed sheets were stained and pillows were tiny. We had...

"Way more and better than I expected. Full sized fridge and two burner stove in the room with a full sized over the range microwave. Extremely clean, quiet, and comfy bed. Full laundry facility on site. Super surprised for the price. It highly exceeded my expectations. Bonus is the bowling alley next door. The only thing I would recommend is bringing extra pillows if you want more than one each."

"We chose this hotel to stay in because of the close proximity to the hospital and the indoor pool.. Unfortunately,the pool motor had been struck by lightning and was out of service during our stay,I understand that it was out of the properties control...The staff was great,the room clean,but I'm so disappointed that no compensation was offered for the main amenity being down.."

"I didn’t eat breakfast there, and the A/C worked fine. Since we were notified that the carpets were damp, I assume they had recently been cleaned, the room had a strong unpleasant humidity smell. There was gum stuck to a picture frame above the bed, and there were stains on the bathroom ceiling. They do have a washer and dryer; however, they don’t provide quarters or have a place to get change, so I ended up driving to the nearest laundromat. The motel is surrounded by parked semi-trucks....

"The room and building was very clean. Breakfast was awesome with lemon blueberry toppings for pancakes, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese on the side, sausage and even gluten free bagels! Didn't try the pool but everything was great. Room was huge and had a couch. Even a curtain to separate the bed from the couch area."

"This particular hotel was not great or acceptable due to the fact that it wasn’t clean properly stuff was left from the previous stay and now they won’t do nothing for my bill so I have to contact Expedia and let them know what they could do for me about the nastiness that I saw while I was there"

"There really are no amenities but it's a great place to stay. Quiet, clean and great friendly staff."

"I think it is time to consider remolding the bathrooms, the toilet didn't flush very well. Shower did have nice water pressure and warm water. The breakfast is very good but please add home fries to the menu. You got to have breakfast potatoes to be a complete breakfast. I stay at the Best Western in Acworth often."
