"The shower was awful, every time someone took a shower, the restroom flooded, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, they need to fix the shower in the room we stayed in and I found out they gave us a handicap room, no one was handicap in our group!!"

"2 things about this hotel that would keep me from staying there again. First, the elevator situation is terrible. With only 1 elevator, guests were forced to use the single service elevator. I had to make it difficult for the staff to do their jobs, when the elevator they need it full of guests. And secondly, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have slept in, in recent memory. It was long past its life. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep well."

"The view from our room was stunning. This is the cleanest hotel I have been to in Houston area. I am so impressed by the efforts put in to keep this facility so clean. The downside was having to go from 28th floor to the lobby to use the microwave oven. One on each floor could make a whole lot of difference. Above all, we had an excellent time in this hotel."
