The location was right in the city centre but still nice and quiet and the reception staff was the loveliest, giving us local recommendations and letting us leave our luggage during the day. "I find it very difficult to review this. The staff were absolutely lovely as were the other guests. However, I felt very misled by the advertising. It was extremely noisy (I was woken at 4 am by footsteps above my room and as the people upstairs were dancers, I cannot think anything except it has zero sound insulation). I also didn’t realize it would not provide towels. I paid £95 and then was expected to pay £2 for a towel. Breakfast included was rice crispies or oats. Completely misleading...
