"Hotel is brand new and very conveniently located near Osaka Umeda station. While the room is typical Japanese business hotel, it had everything needed. The best part was the great communal bath on the 4th floor and the breakfast on the top floor. View was nice and even has a swimming pool, unfortunately too cold in November for a dip."

The head bartender at 36 is such a great and wholesome guy. We love swissotel and all the staff. Many blessings to you all and I hope we can stay again at your beautiful hotel.
