"The bed was worn out and uncomfortable and there were rips in the carpet. I was unable to get any local channels on the tv and none of the staff had any clue how to operate the system. There were homeless camped out around the building and shady characters lurking in the parking lot. The breakfast sucked. The place has an overall bad vibe. Stay somewhere else…"

"Loved the staff, but I didn't like that they constantly apologized for being present. They were working to either clean, serve or be available for requests. I needed them to be present for needs of the stay. I went for a conference. There were a few speakers throughout the day. We were next to a wedding. The sound system at the party over powered the conference speakers. It was disappointing bc I paid to attend the conference and I went for the purpose to learn. As far as the room and items available in the room was great. Clean, bed was comfy and the room was big enough."

"The check in process was easy. The room was very clean and comfortable. The elevators were clean. We ate at one of the restaurants in the casino, and the food was good, The price’s were great. Drinks at the bar were very reasonable. All in all, we highly recommend the Hard Rock hotel and Casino for a great weekend getaway."

"It was just okay. Not something I will really look into booking again unless it's an amazing deal I can't pass up. Neither bed had fitted sheets, just loose sheets. There's no minifridge. Our toilet paper roll holder was broken on the ground when we got to our room. The curtain rod had plastic that was twisted so it wouldn't close completely. The water pressure is crazy low, and the door/walls are thin. We were a few doors down from the hotel's main entrance and heard people coming and going all night. The pool was disappointing. I didn't notice a smoke smell in the room, so that was good. The employees were all nice. It felt fairly safe. The AC worked well. The TV size was decent. The breakfast was well priced."

"The room was clean. The front desk staff when we left was friendly when two other front desk staff seemed bothered when asked a question, such as if the room was supposed to have a coffee maker and if they could recommend a restaurant that was not a chaine restaurant. The yogurt machine and apple juice dispensary were broken. The eggs and sausage were all cold, not even lukewarm. The chairs were so close together in the eating area that some were irritated and chose to take their plates to their rooms. I heard one person say they would come back for their drinks. The hallway by our room, by the ice machine, had a large bag of trash by it and trash on the floor when we checked in. The bag and trash were still there when we checked out the next day."
