"Nice friendly staff. Hotel decor dated in places but they are investing in renovation and I had one such room on the top floor. Walls a bit thin as could clearly hear a rather amorous couple next door - but that didn’t last too long!"

"We were in Room 4 on the top floor which was their largest one and had an ensuite bathroom. It was clean with a comfortable bed. We had a small issue with the shower temperature but after reaching out to the House Manager by text, it was repaired quickly while we were out. The only difficulty was parking (as in most areas of Brighton and Hove) but we were lucky to find a space not too far from the guest house. "5 star run hotel. Clean welcoming staff always happy to help. Management have gone over and above to help me with any questions regarding my stay with them. Room is very clean modern and spacious. Good supply of tea etc. Great accessible location. I will definitely book again."

"Lovely find. Clean room, fridge was a nice touch, clean and crisp bedding and fluffy towels. Tea & coffee facilities, another side table would have been helpful. Maybe coasters to avoid coffee cup marks. Definitely be back. "

"Rang the premises, about the parking situation. They said that you have to move your vehicle every two hours. In the end I decided to use public transport instead. Staff were welcoming! Bedroom was cleaned everyday. Loads of cafes in easy reach. The weather was glorious as well!!"
