"Whilst there were some great amenities at this hotel, the service was terrible. Check in took over 2 hours and our bathroom developed a leak in the ceiling. We had to ask 4 times for someone to look at it by which time the leak had spread across the ceiling and there was constant dripping. They made a hole in the ceiling at the point of the original leak but left the second area until we had complained a further twice. They removed the ceiling tile and left a bucket under it to catch the drip....

"Overall pretty decent place. Useful to be a apartment then hotel as you have more amenities. Living dining area is huge. Room was quite run down, does NOT look as fancy and good as in pictures. Single sofas were ripped and worn. Sofa/bed wasnt great to sit on. Table and chairs was useful. Bed was annoying as it's 2 singles, don't know why you'd have this, difficult at times with them shifting apart. Just have a king size. Bathroom is TINY, compared to the rest of the place.
