Prana Lodge has a great location above a long quiet beach backed a sand dunes, the food is excellent , the rooms are spacious and luxurious and the staff and owner are very friendly.

Lovely hotel to stay at when visiting Addo. Rooms are huge and the bathroom is lovely, especially the outdoor shower. Only downside is there is no door so the light comes in as soon as the sun rises. 10-15 min drive to Addo, not much in the local area. Breakfast was good, buffet selection and eggs cooked to order. Nice pool with towels and sunscreen provided which was a nice touch.

easy to find, was nervous about leaving car but wasnt issue. little confused on arrival how things worked but was fine. little walk to our tent which was well equipped and slept fine. great to see owners who have great passion, not sure if everyone does as its run by 2 rangers who take u on the drives. thought we would get 4 game drives but was only 3 with a short bush walk. food very nice, lunch wasnt my thing but wasnt hungry. not sure what to do between walk and drive, so be prepared. game...

Stayed in one of the self catering cottages with great views of the beach from the property. Great amenities with everything you would need if you wanted to stay in and cook. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious. St. Francis was a lovely place to visit.

Everything from the early email exchanges arranging tours of Addo, to the welcome, the tour, the food, the room and the service was absolutely perfect. Having stayed in 100's of hotels in dozens of countries this would definitely be one of the best. The attention to detail and personal experience could not be faulted. Woodbury is a small lodge which made it easy to get to know wveryone. The staff were wonderful; nothing was too much trouble to ensure we had a great experience. The food was fantastic and everything was homemade and delicious. We had an amazing time and can highly recommend it

We booked this hotel in very short order and were not disappointed. Once inside the gate it is an oasis of greenery and calm. We booked this place online as somewhere to base ourselves to explore Addo and surrounding area and the pictures don’t do it justice. We stayed in the Kudu Suite at the Waterfront lodge part of Pumba. Room was massive with two bedrooms with stunning views over the water, a lounge area and two bathrooms. Each with its own bath, one being a jacuzzi bath and open glass showers capturing the magnificent views. Even got to shower with the monkeys looking on!
