"This was a great place to stay. The rooms were great. It wpuld have been better if the lights worked in the kitchen area but overall everyhting was great!"
"Far from a resort. Expectations were low and they were still set too high. People watching paradise. Most uncomfortable bed ever. Walls are PAPER thin i felt like I was a part of my neighbors conversations. Brutal night. Glad it was only one night upset I paid as much as I did for a night."
"The room was clean. I wish they would have supplied dish soap for cleaning the few dishes we used instead of running the dishwater every time, also a small convenient sewing kit, and shower cap would have been nice. Also having an emery board for purchase would have been nice as well. Accommodations we satisfiying, except when I ordered Crabby Puppies at The Current and it took over an hour for 6 Crabby Patties to get fried that other customers started complaining on my behalf."
"This was the perfect location on a quieter section of the boardwalk. Even though it is a “2-star” hotel, it had everything we needed for a two-day stay. Our room had two double beds for two people. If we had 4, it would have been crowded. Balcony faced the ocean/sunrise and the curtains appropriately kept out the early light. Ed’s were comfortable with 4 pillows! (Better than the Princess Royale later in the week!)"
"Check in was awesome - we got there early and only asked if we could park and look around. However, Martesha was so friendly and gracious and called to see if our room was ready. We were able to check in, get settled and enjoy the beach early. We were on the 6th floor, but the view looked straight out over the ocean and was beautiful.
Breakfast was amazing. We traveled with two children and each day, aside from the eggs, supplied a different offering - pancakes, french toast, waffles. Of course, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt, assorted donuts and breads and more were on the menu as well. It was a great way to start each day without having to drive anywhere, although the hotel is walking distance to a few other places as well.
We were pleased with our stay and definitely recommend.

"The room was very spacious and clean. I was impressed by the air conditioning unit and its ability to keep our room nice and cold during a hot week. Staff was willing to help even though i had little interaction with the main desk, the housekeeper was very sweet and got things done fast. Parking was easy and overall id definitely stay here again."
"I want to say the staff was great. Friendly and they were dealing with a lot. My review is not a reflection of them. Now we stayed in one of their cottages so I’m only speaking for the condition of that room. It was terrible. The wall looked like it had just been plastered in the kitchen. It was across the whole wall. A hole in the wall in the bathroom. The baseboards have not been cleaned in a long time. The balancing area has cigarette butts and beer cans under the deck furniture. This isn’t ok in any hotel stay but for the price we paid it absolutely horrible. There only one small tv in the living room. It was a shame really. Again staff was excellent and were dealing with a lot of complaints. I should have known there would be issues"
