"The property was clean and quiet. Beautiful surroundings with easy access to the road. It has a few restaurants close by with the delicious food. There is some construction going on around the apartment ( we stayed in mid June 2025). We were not bothered by noise though."

"This was a perfect apartment for our family of four and the restaurant next door was great! Would have liked to stay an additional day."

"This place was beautiful and comfortable. Everything one needs as a traveler was provided! Even bath robes and delicious coffee! The views from the apartment are great and it’s right in the town. "

"Great stopping point along the ring road. Walkable to restaurants and coast. Room was super clean...comfortable bed...kitchen space with anything you would need for a short stay. "

"From the outside the property looks a bit run down but the inside of the apartment was really lovely if just a bit rustic. The owners were lovely people and my kids enjoyed meeting the animals. Great price for one night. "

"We had the room with kitchenette on the back side of the property. The room was spacious and had a TV that offered some English speaking programming. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had all the necessary kitchen wares to prepare a meal. The drive to the guesthouse is scenic with 2 nice size waterfalls along the way. The town itself was very picturesque. The owner communicated with us prior to arrival. The room was unlocked and keys on the table when we arrived. "

"Very nice apartment. Clean. Full kitchen. Private bathroom but it was down the hall. ***** get exact directions or map. our verizon phone did not work much of the time. Garmon iceland not very useful outside of cities. HARD TO FIND even though 1/4 mile off main road. "
