"Young man at front desk was very friendly and helpful!! "

"Brand new, nice hotel with a few kinks to work out. It begins on the 4th floor or the orthopedic hospital. Too us a while to figure out how to get to it. A very nice nurse escorted us to the front desk through the hospital. There is no where to pull up to check in- you have to go in and then they ask you out a sticker in your windshield so security knows you are staying there. Kind of inconvenient to get there and have to walk back out to put in car, especially when we parked in a spot...

"Washed my hands in the sink when I first entered the room and none of the water went down the drain and it remained that way. Sink was totally plugged. The shower stall was stained and the fixtures were old, and flimsy. The water in the shower was luke warm. Staff was courteous, but not readily available when I checked out around 5:55AM. "

"We got locked in the elevator for over 45 minutes. We finally pushed the door open and was able to get out. We was on the phone with the elevator company but they never showed up. The hotel couldn't refund our room money because we booked through Expedia. No one called from the motel either to explain how they could make it right with us. "
