"Reservation made through Expedia months ago. I arrived and they said we are pretty full and your room is way around back. Non upgraded room. Shower diverted valve didn’t work properly. 10 minutes and a pair of players needed for my shower. Coffey pot didn’t work and there was no adequate lighted parking available. Where I did park was unacceptable to them so they raped a 8x11” parking violation sign on my truck threatening to have my truck towed away. Other than that, a staff member got in my face as I was preparing to drive out to my meeting in the morning as I was seated in my vehicle. I’m thinking motel 6 does a little better than this Red Lyon. "

"Checked in at 3pm room not ready says would call me , Sat in chairs by elevator, no place to wait and not have to pay for food or drink. 496pm went back to front desk ,line ifc8 people. Hot in line , 10 min get called over by a Brittany but as we walk up a man who was not in any line walks up to Brittany. She finds up helping him while we stand there"

"Excellent service! Outstanding breakfast buffet included for all that are in the room. Pool, hot tub, steam room, and sauna are great for relaxing! Three minute drive to Gonzaga and right on the river. I'll be back again for sure!"

"The free breakfast choices at Dennys were OK. The staff were very friendly. Our microwave was broken. I reported it to the front desk. While she was very friendly and concerned, the microwave was never fixed over the 3 remaining days of our stay."
