Nothing was bad, but nothing was great. Excess water from reconstituted scrambled eggs should probably have been ladled off. It's scrambled eggs, not eggy soup. Excessive guest noise was also an issue (for more than just our room), but the support team were very responsive and reached out to the parents straight away to get a...

"The room was nice, clean and modern. The amenities were not what was advertised. The pool was not open, and the breakfast was far less than what is pictured on Expedia. There should be a way to say on Expedia if the usual amenities are not available."

"Room and bathroom was clean. The decor was dated and couch was dirty as well as curtains, window frames had mold. Continental breakfast was lacking, no eggs, sausages undercooked not appetizing, only fruit was an apple. Countertop and tables were dirty."
