"Lo encontramos muy limpio. Ubicación excepcional, en pleno centro, junto a la Plaza Mayor. Lugar tranquilo y buen descanso. Muy bien el baño con muy buena presión de agua en la ducha. Simplemente mencionar que está un poco escaso el menaje de la cocina, depende de lo larga que sea tu estancia y el uso de la cocina que se vaya a ahacer. Acceso muy fácil y cómodo con las llaves electrónicas en el móvil."

"The reason for the terrible rating is - No meal at the Hotel so I ask the reception where I could eat, they pointed me in the direction of a local bar. Had something to eat there at 21:00hrs and by 23:00hrs I was having terrible stomach pains. (before eating at this bar I had had a continental breakfast before leaving the ship at Bilbao) By 02:00hrs diahorrea makes an appearance. There was no staff at the Hotel that I could call and I was too worried about leaving my room. So no help during the...

"A place with character and very clean with amazing and helpful staff. ...but very inconvenient for non-resident since the check in is under a software link and no work properly as the disadvantages for the amount of applications thst exist today to downloading the required info!!!...I guess that a 24/7 deck services is highly needed 😉 "

"No proper parking and no luggage assistance — we had to carry heavy bags up about 15 steps. It felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel, with only one staff member at check-in. The room on the left has a nice view and is clean, but the strong artificial fragrance made it hard to sleep. No breakfast service, and it’s difficult to find a proper morning meal nearby. Not suitable for elderly guests or anyone who has difficulty with stairs or heavy luggage."

Everything about it was lovely, the people were so polite, and the breakfast staff truly went above and beyond to make sure you had everything you wanted. Honestly, it was such a beautiful place to be; the photos don’t do it justice at all. The breakfast was incredible, everything was delicious, and there honestly wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t good. I usually don’t eat much at breakfast buffets, but here even the donuts were amazing. I...
