"I think in a few years after there is more development in the area this place will do better. For now, no safe in the room, we did not have a coffee maker in our room either, light above the sink didn't work, room was super small. Nothing close by, you have to walk a very long ways to get to anything, no cabs even close by. Staff only work 8am-4pm, so you are basically on your own. We had booked for a week and left after first night. Since we booked and paid in advance we only were refunded for one night. Pretty frustrating experience for us. We heard the other guests in the morning also complaining about our same concerns."

"This was our second time staying and this place is consistently good. Pool is clean, rooms are great, staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants also a good choice."

"Room was simple but nicely decorated, comfortable bed and excellent water pressure in the shower, staff was friendly and extremely helpful, they felt like friends by the end of our stay, property was beautifully landscaped and the breakfast was delicious, everything was healthy and fresh, just a few blocks walk to the beach and La Punta shops and restaurants. "The cleaning staff was great. There are some areas in the bathroom that need more detailing, shower door, soap holder and toilet. Room 315 had a leaky faucet from tge first day. We told the housekeepers and front desk, y nada! The breakfast buffet was cold for the most part. There was a young lady who helped out the day that there was no buffet. She was fast, courteous and professional. Thank her please. We did but coming from the management would be nice. The pool bar areas need tidying up. Popcorn and trash were there overnight. I told the tall gentleman at the front desk the next day. Hehe...LOTS of cell phone usage bt staff in the dining room and reception areas. They need to be more aware of their surroundings and more attentive to guest traffic to convey a more professional atmosphere. Asley in tours was very professional and explained options very well.
