Fantastic location, surroundings, rooms, restaurants, beach, gym, pools and of course staff

Secrets Tides was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful, and the rooms were very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The resort offers three pools, excellent drinks, and outstanding facilities and services throughout. We had a great week in Punta Cana and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only downside was that the sea at the hotel was full of seaweed. The hotel staff are doing their best to clear it, but it does make the beach less ideal for swimming. We had a great stay, the hosts are real professionals and welcomed us with hospitality. The rooms were well-equipped, and for this price, we could make do with a fan but I wouldn’t mind paying more for an AC in the rooms upstairs. The site has its beach, jacuzzi, and all amenities, they’re even happy to order food for you from restaurants in the town and can make excellent cocktails for you.

Quite location, and not so far from the center. It was a great stop before moving on to Samana. Both receptionists were helpful and lovely.
