Our hosts Laura and Diddier were very welcoming, friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them including being patient with our poor French skills giving it a relaxed homely feel. Everything was spotlessly clean, our room had a king bed but I'm sure it's a king king bed, it's hugh! It was also extremely comfortable and all the extras were provided, dressing gown and slippers in sealed laundry bags, microwave, kettle and refrigerator. Our private bathroom was just outside the bedroom and...

We arrived just after 10pm, and were warmly welcomed by the staff on duty. We did have some issues with the key card, but they were swiftly resolved. The room was comfortable and clean, with everything you might expect for a family of 4. It was lovely to have air conditioning again after struggling in the heat :-) The staff were super helpful in the morning despite us not having breakfast with them, and happily refilled water bottles before wishing us a pleasant onward journey. We would...

Very quiet, friendly place, in lovely grounds.

This hotel is stunning and the hotel owners are very friendly, helpful and English speaking. The communication with the hotel was fantastic. After we booked we asked for a late check as our Ferry was late afternoon and it was a two hour drive to the hotel. No problem, unfortunately our ferry was delayed 2 hours so emailed them again to inform them of a later arrival, no problem once again, they even offered to keep kitchen open for us to eat if needed and the owner even waited up for us to greet...

Great motel style hotel i used it twice this trip

Great spot. Lovely clean, well maintained hotel with lovely grounds and right next to a river where you can take a long walk. Super accessible location and very quiet surroundings. Only slight downside was the breakfast which was very limited.

An excellent choice. Drawn to it by the availability of Tesla charging onsite, the hotel proved to be just what we needed before continuing our journey back to the UK. Hotel had everything we needed and more, was quick and easy to check in, had a very good restaurant onsite with cheerful and helpful staff. Place is very, very quiet and has plenty of parking. We'll definitely be staying again.

Satisfied Rome, great service great food great person ..Excellent

Absolutely perfect for an overnight stop on the way down to the Sud Ouest. Room was incredibly clean and the air conditioning was a welcome extra. We ate at the pizzeria which was 200m away from the hotel. Food was good and fairly good value. I immediately rebooked for the journey north in August.

Staff were helpful and the breakfast, while did not had a wide choice, was of good quality. Also it had a gym with technogym equipment (cardio only) which was a pleasant surprise. Room itself qas adequate but with the a/c in each room it was good in this heatwave

Heating was important on this trip as I was on my motorcycle and as ever it worked well. Reception staff lovely as ever. Only gripe was I was leaving at 7am and breakfast was not available and nobody was on reception so I had to leave my room key by the door. Overall excellent value for money

Lovely, peaceful haven with a lovely team 🌟

Booking a second Holiday Inn Express for 2026 was a great choice. The hotel is easy to find in Rouen and made for a very comfortable stay. A big credit goes out to Fabrice who noted my Wife and Father-In-Law are disabled and allocated rooms accordingly for our party. That was much appreciated. We had rooms 014 and 114 which were found spotless and made for a comfortable nights stay. There is a bar which serves a limited menu to which the Pizzas were great and the Croque Monsieur wasn’t bad...

Great hotel and very helpful staff. Located close to other restaurants and fast food outlets. Good breakfast. Only let down by in house restaurant not being open at weekends.

Lovely hotel room with a large, comfy bed and large bathroom. Lots of space for luggage etc (although they did put us in the disabled room). Handy that there was lots of hotel parking and its less than 10 mins to the Tram station. Big breakfast selection, very useful hotel.

Really lovely lad on reception. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.

Lovely big room with very nice bathroom, all tastefully refurbished and very comfortable to a very high standard. Our hostess was very welcoming and helpful, suggesting local restaurants and places. Parking easy. A good base to explore local chateau and beaux village. Town itself not that exciting but we had missed the famous farmer market on Wednesday. Breakfast offered but we didn’t take it, but looked nice. Great for an overnight stop on the way to our ferry crossing.

Clean and staff very good
