"Absolutely shocking.
Arrived at 7.20pm. Check in was between 5-8pm. No sign of anyone. Phoned both phone numbers and messaged via hotel.com - no answer from property.
Waited there for an hour. We were extremely tired after leaving the UK at 7am!!!
Had to find another hotel at ann extra cost. Eventually arrived around 9pm. Hotel owner phoned me at 10.38pm, waking us up, to ask where we were and apologise! What a joke. A formal complaint has been made to hotel.con who were extremely helpful...

"Goed gelegen. Maar geen propere kamer. In onze ijskast lag nog iets van een vorige gast waarvan de einddatum al lang overschreden was. Ook douche, tapijt enzo waren verre van proper. Er was geen koffie/waterkoker op de kamer (staat nochtans wel op de website). Het ontbijt was ok. "
