"The property is in need of a power washing! And in my opinion, there should be cleaning staff that combs the property for trash and towels that were strewn about, and room service trays left in the hallways. It was really crowded and there were a lot of families, but to me that is no excuse for such sub-par cleanliness, especially for a Ritz Carlton hotel!
