"The breakfast was hot and fresh. Parking lot was well lit and close to entrance. The only negatives were than the fire alarm kept going off on Sunday morning well before it was time for us to get up and the late check out only provided us an extra hour. Everything else was fantastic."

"The Elon inn is a beautiful property with spacious, well-planned rooms and luxury bathrooms. At the end of a tour at the University, it was a welcome place to settle in. The bar was open at 4:00 PM, which was great after the tour. The help was extremely friendly and accommodating. Good food and drink choices. The outdoor Patio and dining space space adjacent to the bar is very nice with lots of seating for both meals or relaxing. Overall, it is a great asset for Elon to have right on campus! I would have given the Inn a 5-Star review overall but for my breakfast experience: seated by myself when there were only a few others being served, I sat for a long time with waitresses passing by my table. I then witnessed other parties who arrived after me - as much as 15 minutes after me - being greeted and waited on. I kindly asked the hostess to get my waitress and asked two waitresses if they could help get me served. When they then continued to serve newer parties, I walked out. It was a very disappointing morning for an otherwise exceptional stay."

"There was no towels in the room upon check in and when we came from a comedy show the dead bolt on the door didn’t work didn’t sleep knowing only the top lock worked reported that also nothing was done about that several entrances were out of order and an elevator was not working "

"Very nice property. Would consider the facility and rooms higher end. The parking structure was open when I was there which made parking super easy. Not sure if that's always the case. Really nice bar in the lobby. The only issue I had was the door for the connecting room wasn't very soundproof and I could hear the neighbors TV late into the night. May want to request a unconnected room."

"Why does this hotel not allow smoking but allows pot being smoked in the rooms? A charge for cleaning if you smoke unless it’s pot?? I have kids that have been exposed to this disgusting behavior. Get it together! "
