"Outside the property looks great. When we arrived there was a urine smell on the first floor. There was a paper sign taped to the elevator that said out of order. We stayed 3 nights and the elevator was never repaired. Breakfast was a disaster. The waffle iron didn’t get hot enough and the pancake maker was broken. I assume it was the owner just said “broken” and walked away. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. This would be fine for a one night stay but would not recommend for a...

"Bed was horribly uncomfortable. The place smelled like smoke as soon as you enter. The shower was disgusting. Paint was peeling from the walls. The faucet had a non stop drip….I could go on and on, point is just stay anywhere else."

"I think Wesson’s are usually higher and. The first room I was given smelled pretty bad. I changed rooms and it was much better. But there were loud, bagging and booming noises all night -I barely slept. Sounded like I was adjacent to some equipment room. The coffee selection was eh and the oat milk was bad. I don’t think im rushing back to this Westin."

"The room initially looked fine. But then we noticed the dirty towels and that the trash hadn’t been emptied. It took a bit to get clean towels and there seemed to be no real care about the problem."

"breakfast was good and a lot of variety. Even with kids teams that must have been there for tournaments, they enforced quiet time and didn't interrupt our visit. Room was updated nicely"
