"Friendly helpful staff, clean room, good food, comfy bed"

"Overall, it was good. However, the spa was anything but. Rather than relaxing, the pool was noisier than an Irish bar on St Patrick's day. With treatments, as they were not very good at all."

"Magnificent grounds, the approach on driving towards the Hall is stunning. It's a beautiful historic building with a very pleasant bar with lovely outdoor seating overlooking the grounds open until 10pm. Staff were polite, friendly and attentive. The breakfast was amazing. Lovely full cooked options and lots of fresh fruit with greek yoghurt and pastries etc .. The room and ensuite bathroom was simple but very pleasant and the bed comfortable. "Good experience"

"Good sized room. Unfortunately, as seen in many other reviews, the aircon was not working properly in the bedrooms. We heard others complaining too. Also a lingering unpleasant smell in one of the two suites we booked, and missing crockery. We have received a partial refund, but this issue really needs to be resolved, as it's clearly been going on for a while."
