Either way, same difference; I booked through Orbitz and paid to Orbitz. They both have records that I checked out three nights earlier. After over 20 years as a loyal customer, I'm done with Orbitz. "Amazing service. Great management! Just had a hard time with the power switch from generator to regular power. I have to manually remove the room card each time to turn turn on the sockets and television. I believe this can be easily rectified by connecting especially the tv socket to the inverter. Keep up the good work Guys!"

"Lairs upon lies. we booked for 2 rooms that they say have 4 king bed. only to be given 1 room with 1 king bed. we were told they could not see our reservation on expedia. yet they saw one room. the offered to move us to a 3 room. At the end, they charge us 195k at check out even though we paid $65 on expedia. pls don't book"
