Reception gentleman was wonderful; he printed out my departure transportation, complicated as the train tracks were being worked on. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly, anxious to make my stay satisfying.

Very nice hotel. Room was great, comfortable and very clean. Restaurant was outstanding including the service. Great location , reasonable price. The only thing missing was a coffee machine or tea kettle in the room.

The hotel receptionist Pedro was fantastic. He was professional, helpful and kind. He should be promoted to manager. The kitchens delivered up delicious food. Our server in the restaurant was forgetful though. We stayed one night in the Design hotel and the other night in the Kroener connected sister ...
