"Close to highway 31 so there was some noise from the road. It was close to the water but rocks were in front of the property so you couldn’t swim there. They did have a dock that you could walk on. Also they had a marina right next to the
Cottages and we did rent a boat.
The cottage was lovely and had everything you needed so that you could cook in."

"We had an enjoyable stay at this property. It is kept up very well. It is well stocked in all aspects of a vacation stay. It was very clean. Communication with the owner/management group is very thorough. I definitely would stay here again if we go back to the area."

"The house was in a great location for both Petosky and Harbor Springs.
The only thing it did not have was air conditioning other than one portable air conditioner in an upstairs bedroom. It also did not have any other windows that you could bring and put other portable air conditioners units in while there."

"The house has a lot of charm. It has plenty of space and was very comfortable. The one thing that could be an issue for some is that it is in a fairly remote area, but we went to the local bar/restaurant for dinner one night and the place was great. We actually enjoyed the privacy of the relatively remote location."
