"Great stay at Royalton Chic. Diamond club makes a big different. The property is beautiful, staff are great and its on a stunning beach. The only downfall is the food was a hit or miss. Some restaurants were great - all the buffets was generally good but the a la carte dinner restaurants left a lot to be desired. "

"The Hotel is within the National Park and is authentic and historic in the amazing Nelson Dockyard surroundings. Room and amenities are in keeping with the theme of of the National Park. Plenty of places to visit, wonderful beaches, eat and drink all within English Harbour. Don't hesitate to book and have an amazing experience in this authentic historical place."

"This was our fourth stay and we just love it more and more. The newly remodeled waterfront rooms were beautiful. The restaurants were all great and the whole staff did an outstanding job with the White Beach Party on Friday night - what a lot of work! Congrats to everyone on a job well done!"

"We had the worst deluxe pool.cottage, the highest on the estate, pool didn't work had to ask reception at least 3 times before resolved. Ocean view was over 400 metres away. Blue building on our left, reception said it was an administration office, it was in fact a water pumping station and sewerage treatment works, it was very noisy. When challenged they blamed experian itself, saying they had a poor relationship with them and to get a better deluxe cottage we should of used their own website. Reception were dismissive on occasions and the bar mixologists were overall poor. Most of the serving staff were going through the motions, only a handful were sincere."

"Me and my partner had a wonderful time celebrating my 45th birthday at the Verandah. I met some of the best people. I have to give an honorable mention to Jensen in watersports at lovers beach, as he made our day everyday and also (Elvis or OlivisI believe that’s how you say it, the best bartender ever who made me feel special everyday and had the best positive attitude. Always greeted with a smile! Everyone was very warm and welcoming. I will definitely be returning. So many people to mention/ the guys who drive the golf carts very pleasant and welcoming. Front desk crew/ very helpful. I love you had everything you needed right there! We enjoyed our stay"

"Good sunset view and ocean breezes. Decent size bedroom and bathroom and lovely double patio with garden overhangs and pool view. The whole complex however is a bit dated and the paper flowers in the lobby are hideous."
