"Room had a dirty towel and hair left from previous guest and housekeeping did not come until 5pm when we were in the room getting ready for dinner. Pool table was ‘functional’ but in need of repair. Bartender at Tiki was rude, completely ignored me. I didn’t catch her name but so rude."
