Clean and comfortable rooms. We slept amazingly

Hotel Des Eaux is a converted mansion set about 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and about 25 minutes from the lake. Although set on quite a busy road, there is little or no noise from traffic overnight. Easy parking on site. We were welcomed by a very pleasant and helpful receptionist who spoke good English. She took the time to accompany us to our room and made sure everything was good. Room was spacious with high ceiling , a good king bed and a good size shower room and a separate...

Very good aparthotel. Well located for lake and town.

Very nice hotel in a great location. The hotel receptionist was incredibly helpful

A beautiful guest house in the most beautiful, tranquil location. Shaan is an excellent host who made our stay very pleasurable. HIghly recommended.

Clean, bright and welcoming

The hotel is in a perfect location, a few steps from the lake. Staff were very welcoming. The Creperie had delicious food and drink which we enjoyed during our stay. Secure, free parking was good to have. The area is very scenic and the town centre a short drive away, full of shops and eateries.

I only spent one night here as part of a road trip to visit friends in Frejus.

The hotel is lovely and the rooms very comfortable, the restaurant was closed whilst we were there but the bar serves a nice selection without needing to go out. The hotel is ideally positioned to visit Annecy or do what we did and visit Mont Revard with outstanding views of the lake right next to the hotel, the surrounding countryside is beautiful. The breakfast buffet is good with enough choice to fill you up and there’s coffee available in...

We are sometimes coming back to Aix for the short weekend and as far this hotel was one of the best .. great location , modern and clean.

Staff were very helpful

Large, quiet, comfortable and stylish room

Fantastic value for money. Very happy with our stop over choice enroute to the 3 valleys fo skiing!

The hosts of the hotel were lovely.

Lovely stay in the hotel - good surroundings - restaurant food very good - room was spotlessly clean - all in all a great stay

Good basic older but charming hotel and the add on breakfast is well worth it. You couldn’t ask for a better location for experiencing Aix-Les-Bain. Friendly and very helpful desk clerk who speaks English.
