"Very small room. The queen bed was right against 3 walls so the person sleeping next to the wall had to climb over the other person to get out of bed. The bed only had a heavy comforter on it, no top sheet. The air conditioning could only be turned down so far and the room was warm so we had to sleep without any cover on at all. No closet, just a few hooks on the wall. For seating there is just one small stool for the desk that we had use for a nightstand since there isn’t one."

"This was our second stay at The Tower Hotel. Location is amazing - at the foot of Tower Bridge, a 2-minute walk from the Tower of London, with buses and tube station within a 10-minute walk. Hotel restaurant and room service were expensive, but there were many more affordable options right outside the hotel doors."

"The elevators were a constant problem during the week of my stay. They are the lifeblood in a hotel!!! One day I had to walk up the stairs with the manager and another couple who were just checking in. 5 flights-ridiculous! I love the location and the brand but they need to do better-technology is great-when it works!!!!"
