"This is an excellent resort for relaxing. We had a ocean front villa and loved it. It is worth the additional cost to be on the ocean as the second row does not have a view. ALso, it is fun to walk the long white sand beach at low tide and see all of the coral exposed and the fun aquatic life living in the pools. The staff was lovely, happy and helpful. "The staff at the now re-named Beach resort are certainly some of the friendliest in a country where friendly staff are generally the norm. The road to get here is a potholed disaster but it’s worth it.Lovely true Island style huts set In wonderful gardens with a very good restaurant and since new aust owners the free hot breakfast is back. With a nice beach frontage as the new name suggests this is our 4th stay and definitely looking at next year again"

"We were a couple in our 50’s. We had a lagoon view villa, the room was clean, a bit dated. Had a safe, decent water pressure in the shower and a bath. The toilet door did not close and had no lock, weird but a non issue for us. Would have been nice to have wine glasses and bottle opener, maybe a plate and a knife so we could enjoy snack on our deck. But we made do. Has a swim up bar and a few pools. They looked nice but too many screaming kids, we felt should not have been allowed in the bar...

"The property takes about 30 minutes to walk around. The Azure Restaurant has a very good buffet breakfast with lots of variety, however it is not close to all rooms. Some are a bit of a walk away. There is also food at the Sunset bar. The roads need some maintenance as there are pot holes. This property is not suitable to people using walking sticks or walkers. I would suggest that the property management look at putting some electric buggies for hire, or some speed limited electric bikes for...

"We pre booked a 4 night stay and fully paid only to turn up for check in and the hotel was closed for renovations. We had to stay somewhere else. The owner claimed he didn’t have our booking on his system but we had confirmation etc."
