"The lady at check in was not friendly, I asked if we were on the lower level and she shook her head no and I don’t have anything!!! Pictures on the website showed one level but the one side has 2 levels with no elevator just stairs. She did not direct us to our room, did not tell us where the breakfast was (not worth going to) the TV would not change channels and there was no plug for the tub. I do have to say though it was fairly clean."

"Large well-equipped room and reception staff were very friendly and helpful. However, breakfast was inedible. A large fan outside the room loudly rumbled like a large truck all night. Plumbing pipes knocked and gurgled at 4am, waking us up. Hallways were cluttered with carts and cleaning supplies and were a sickly green colour with a maze-like layout. "
