"Friendly and helpful staff"

"Nous avons réservé une quadruple chambre à l'hôtel le khan Mogador 3 étoiles avec spa et petit déjeuner continental inclus avec mon accès VIP pour 2 nuits. En arrivant à l'hôtel la réception nous dit qu'ils doivent nous faire une relocalisation à un autre hôtel (hôtel Riad Benatar) car leur hôtel a été privatisé. On arrive à notre nouvelle et on voit que c'est bien en-dessous des standards pour lesquels on a payé. En effet c'est un hôtel 2 étoiles, avec une petite chambre localisée plus loin du...

"Very nice Riad, very well located and with outstanding staff & service. Nicely comfy rooms. The only minus is that we can hear a bit the noise of the surrounding bars & clubs, which is not a big issue (and it is probably unavoidable in a Medina like the one of Essaouira). "

"We stayed in room 3. Sadly, the bathroom emits a horrible sewage odor from the drains. The odor is so strong it made us gag—the smell of sewage is disgusting. In order to enjoy the room, the windows need to be left open, which is fine during the day, but not at night when trying to sleep. On mentioning the issue to the staff, little was done to resolve the issue. We also asked to move to another room and the request was not fulfilled. At the very least we should have been credited back part...

"Very friendly welcome from Yasser. Fresh Moroccan tea and helpful in all the questions I had. House overall quiet and clean, with roof terraces and view over the old Medina. Breakfast is prepared individually depending on your wishes when you want to get up.Room equipoed with only the essentials but that is absolutely justified for the price. Two very young kittens live on the terrace, they are well taken care of too."
