"No help getting early check-in. Never responded to at least say it wasn't available. Elevator out of service at times, didn't trust it. Pool was absolutely filthy and room wasn't cleaned. Same sheets just made the bed. Did not clean the shower either."

"Great place to stay by the airport. We enjoyed the hot tub, the staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was really great with a large selection of food. The bead was comfortable and the show was quite nice. Overall, I would rate this an exceptional find for the money."
