Views (I was on the 3rd floor looking to the golf course? Were AMAZING, property looked like it could have been better maintained, rooms were a bit dusty when checked in, would have loved room cleaning services without asking. But I noticed that it is part of the Spanish culture to not care too much and customer service is not a strong point in that culture, other than that breakfast was worth every penny. 4 out of 5 for me.

Family weekend away

Generally this hotel was good value. We stayed in a penthouse which was spacious, clean and had everything you may need. Restaurants and bars were decent but pools need extra loungers, chairs and to be open at 10 rather than 1130.

Staff was friendly and make us feel welcome. The room was big with two rooms, two baths, kitchen, living space and terrace. The space was well equipped however the furniture it is old the room had view to the golf course and a little of the sea. The property itself it is big with a lot buildings and spaces but the whole property looks outdated some of the amenities are closed or it's been a couple of years that they are not in use. Most of the elevators do not work. We were told that the laundry was included but at the time of our stay we did not get a cleaning kit for the room that was included in our reservation. The property has a lot potential needs some upgrades. Also will be good to have a shuttle between the hotel and Steppona to mkae it easier to communte.

The hotel is located in a quiet and great location. The apartment is well equipped and the hotel's service is excellent. It was easy to park the car during the quiet season, but during the high season it may be difficult to find parking spaces nearby. Due to the location of the hotel, a car is almost essential.

Lovely OneValle Romano Resort Overlooking Estepona

It was a lovely spacious room, we booked last minute for one night in view of the condition of our accommodation in Manilva. We booked at 7pm + arriving at 8pm was not a problem. The restaurant was very good along with helpful staff. If we had to comment on anything it was that the swimming pool was not open by 11am on 5th October when we checked-out.

Golf resort outside Estepona

We enjoyed our stay at Ona Valle Romano. There are a number of self catering apartments with reception and 2 restaurants. We were very happy with our apartment which had a good balcony overlooking the golf course. We did not have any meals but breakfast and evening meals are provided. The WiFi worked well, although there was only one channel on the TV in English. Good hot water. There is free parking outside the accommodation, only problem is later in the evening it is difficult to find a spot.

Comparing with other offers at the time of booking our apartment it was very good price to value ratio. Our apartment was clean, quiet and spacious with nice terrace. There was a lot to choose from at breakfast, it was definitely to loud in the breakfast room for our liking though. And, if you want to see more than the resort, you rather need a car. Overall a nice place although it felt a little bit crowded from time to time.

Ok for a few days

A very nice Appartment in an area close to Estepona centre. Good size room, well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Sofa and bed beds not very comfortable, but overall the room was good. Half board food started well in the restaurant, but mid way through evening meal changed to the buffet room, which was like a large noisy workman cafe. Overall the food was only OK

Pleasant affordable stay

We had a pleasant stay at Ona Valle Romana, certainly for such a good price the quality of the apartment is good. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, it was meant to be sea facing but it was facing the road which was a disappointment. The apartment was relatively clean, probably could do with a more thorough level of cleaning but was well stocked with complimentary cleaning supplies, tea coffee. Only 1 of 3 pools open at the time. Recommend hiring a car although taxis are easy to come by and quite cheap.
